Our Process
Consultation
First, we meet to review your project. At this meeting we assess what stage your project is at and provide recommendations of next steps forward. From the information gathered we will then develop a range of cost estimate and scope of work.
Design & Develop
In Pre-Construction, we create your vision. This includes working with our designer to create plans and elevations, selecting materials and fixtures, and defining your expectations. During this phase we develop a preliminary budget and descriptive scope of work.
Planning For Construction
Based on the finalized architectural, design, fixture and finish plans, we’ll walk the site again with our team of trade partners to finalize our estimate and make sure everything is ready to start.
Schedule & Procure
During procurement, we order materials and finalize the construction schedule with our trade partners. These go hand and hand to ensure a smooth project.
Execute
During the build phase, we work with our team of craftsmen to make your vision a reality. Throughout this phase you can expect regular project updates, direct communication, and thorough documentation as we manage your project.
Enjoy Your Space
As the project concludes, we conduct a final walk-through with the client. During this walk-through we will address any punch list items, provide a warranty packet and final project book. You enjoy your beautiful new space!
